After a month off from photographing, I'm finding it hard to get back into the groove. It doesn't help that this island is ideally suited for sitting and overeating with an occasional dash of swimming. However, I've begun to take my evening walks around the island for some exercise and I'm starting to carry my camera more so hopefully I won't confine myself to photos taken only within a stone's throw from my bungalow.

Ok, it's not all sitting and lazing on this island paradise. Lady travelguy and myself embarked on a full day island-hopping and snorkeling trip that resulted in a few decent photos and several indecent jellyfish stings. I'm not a big fan of gawking at fish while they go about their daily business but since it was lady travelguy's first visit to the island, I reluctantly agreed to interrupt my island torpor for some floating and voyeuring of scantily clad fish. Dress me up and call me Susan but what if fish had the ability to gawk at us in the nude in the comfort of our own homes, I'd imagine we'd have some issues with that. Do unto others...
