A Sikh man holds a spear, sword and dagger at the Paonta Sahib Gurudwara. (From the archives due to time restraints.)

The man belongs to a sect of Sikhs that are famous for their previous warriors. I caught them during their weapons practice, hence the abundance of sharp and deadly objects. Most Sikhs, regardless of sect, carry a dagger (kirpan) like the one strapped to this subject's waist.
