A beautifully backlit performer is surrounded by smoke at a nighttime, open-air performance in Bangkok.

The smoke is the product of a smoke machine that was rather primitively blown in using a standing fan. However, it added a great ambiance to each photo despite having to wait for the intermittent puffs of chemical to blow into the scene.
