The large grassy area with its perfectly manicured lawn opens up to Annecy Lake in Annecy, France.

The lingering bits of sunny days are grasped and clutched at by locals eager not to bid farewell to pleasant weather. It was a particularly warm day this day so despite another debilitating gout attack, I managed to roam about while a single tear rolled down my cheek for what may be one of the last pleasant days until April... as well as the sharp pains of gout that reduce a man into a blubbering pile of tears.
