A young Thai boy takes aim at a defenseless, unarmed photographer during Songkran.

This youngster chased me half a block and hunted me down like a filthy street-dog. Finally, out of desperation, I snapped an image to capture evidence in case I have to turn to the authorities at a later date for the cost of dSLR repairs!

A Thai rascal unleashes a lethal does of water at a lowly photographer during Songkran.

My camera took a little bit of a hit but truthfully speaking, there is minimal danger for my Canon 5D in withstanding a small bit of water to its exterior. I've previously taken my camera out during mild rain showers with no resulting damage and therefore trust its design to take a splash here and there.

Possibly a good excuse to upgrade the camera if it didn't work out so well!
