The UGS building reflected by a modern office building.

The building above is located on Rue du Nant @ Avenue Pictet de Rochemont. It's purpose is a mystery to me but there seems to be some type of restaurant on the first floor. The entrance clearly has the initials U.G.S. marked above the door. If anyone knows the name and purpose of this old historic-appearing building, give us a shout in the comments!
