As hard as I looked, I didn't notice a way to unhook this rig. In other words, I think that stone grinder is always in the 'on' position. Knife grinder may likely turn into a 'meat' grinder if he's not careful in traffic.

I implied a bit of motion by dragging the shutter. My only regret is not knowing how to say "keep your head perfectly still" to the knife man.

They stretch and remove the belt between the ring attached to the cycle's rear wheel and the one attached to the grind stone. That puts it in the "off" position! : )
