A boy plays with a sailboat at the Jardin de Luxembourg in Paris.

It's not just the buildings and city that are old. Even the toys in this city are ancient! The sailboats in the photo are simple wooden boats without any electronics inside. Once placed on the water, the the sail catches some wind which propels the boat forward, usually to the other side of the water fountain.
